- Deliveries

We bake all of our own products to ensure they arrive with you as fresh as possible and in perfect condition. We aim to have your treats to your door in under 5 working days of acceptance of your order. We will contact you if we are unable to do so.
All deliveries are by royal mail first class or courier. We monitor and track all dispatches.
We will attempt to deliver all orders to the address stated by you and will not accept any liability or responsibility for lost, missing, or failed delivery due to incoreect address being supplied. If the order is returned to us as unable to deliver we will refund the cost of the product only.
The carriers are responsible for delivery and are obliged to reimburse the customer in the rare event of any item being lost or damaged in transit. If your item takes longer to arrive please contact us immediately. Beach dog bakery offer every assistance to our customers and retain proof of posting for all our items which we will happily provide on request.
- Returns
Every effort is made to ensure our customers are completely satisfied, however, if you are unhappy with any purchase for any reason then you can return it to us.
Just follow the steps below:
• You must notify us within 7 days of receipt you wish to return the item and then must be with us within 14 days of the purchase.
• Please call or email us to obtain a returns number and let us know the reason for return
• Any item must be return in its original packaging, carefully packed and the returns number clearly visable
• You must provide a copy of the original invoice, despatch note, or other proof of purchase. For your protection we suggest that proof of posting be obtained or you use a secure method ofdelivery. You are responsible for the items until received by us. We will notify you immediately by telephone or email of arrival with us.
• If you are returning an unwanted item for refund you must cover the cost of postage / return to us. We will fully reund money paid to us within 30 working days to your debit or credit card.
If you receive a faulty item or we have sent something in error, will ensure an immediate refund or replacement is offered upon return of the item provided the above proceedure has been followed. Your statutory rights are not affected.
